Aim for high quality
It is not only important to get a task done. It is also important that the task is done as well as is required. You should aim for best possible outcomes every time. You should make it a matter of habit for yourself. If you feel doing a task well is important, your body and mind will be very willing.
Integrity
You should understand how your role helps meet your organization's objectives and then commit to it.. Being trustworthy is very important. You should honour the trust reposed in you every time that you undertake a task. You will see that you acquire a great reputation and enjoy a lot of goodwill. You can honour the trust by not harming the interest of your organization or its clients at any time. You should give honest feedback to a client because the client trusts you. With your co-workers you should show the integrity that you expect from others.

Do not take credit for the good effort made by others. In a competitive world one is keen to be seen in the best light. And some may be tempted to take credit where they do not deserve it. Do not do it. This will make you lose self respect and self belief.
