Research in Biochemical aspects of sugar manufacture and industrial fermentation processes including treatment of sugar factory & distillery effluents and byproduct utilization. |

To render technical advice to sugar and allied industries in their problems related to Biochemistry , particularly to fermentation, waste treatment and byproduct utilization |
